However, it is impossible to achieve ideal performance through traditional methods which feeding high protein feedstuffs or free Met and Lys. Now, the focus of research has being transferred to rumen protected amino acid. Two groups of calves (n=5) weaning to 7-month old fed with corn stover(CT) and hay (H) respectively were selected and given mixed concentrate (2kg/d ).Effects of different quality on the digestibility and growth performance of calves during the age of weaning to 7-month were investigated. The results showed that daily feed intake of CT and H groups were 2.25 and 3.81 kg (P<0.01), respectively; dry matter intake (DMI), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), crude protein (CP) and fat intakes in H group had higher than CFS, its digestibility were 63.6%, 51.2%, 43.5%, 64.3%, 55.6% and 57.5%, 43.3%, 40.4%, 44.4%, 59.4%; besides digestibility of CP in two groups were significantly different (P<0.01). Daily gain in H and CFS groups were significant (0.788 and 0.522 kg/d, P<0.01), body slanting length (18.3 and 9.5 cm) and chest girth were significant (P>0.05), change of heights was no difference. It was concluded that comparing with corn-straw,supplementing grass hay would increase the dry matter intake and nutrient digestibility of calves fed during the age of weaning to 7-month and improve the growth performance, especially development of body slanting length and chest girth.

To study the effect of high zinc diet long-term exposure on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes, sixty “Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire” crossbred weanling piglets (23 ±1 days of age) were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 piglets each by weight and sex, fed with basal diet, basal diet plus 3000 mg/kg zinc (from ZnO), and basal diet plus 500 mg/kg zinc (from ZnMet), respectively. Blood samples in 10 piglets from each group were taken on 0,21,42,70 d after weaning for measuring serum biochemical indexes. The results showed that high zinc diets increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01) absolute weigh(AW) and average daily gain(ADG) of weanling stress piglets on 0~42 d postweaning, and dreased significantly (P<0.05) the average daily gain on 42~70 postweaning. The serum AST and ALT levels were significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01) higher in piglets of treating group than that in piglets of control group on 42~70 postweaning , and the serum TP and ALB levels were significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01) lower. High zinc diets increased significantly (P<0.01) ALP levels of weanling stress piglets on 21~70 d postweaning. The results indicated that feeding high zinc diets can remarkably degrade weanling piglets stress on the earlier period, but high-zinc diet longterm exposure to weanling piglets caused poisoning response.

Sixty-four healthy yellow-feathered broilers of 1-day-old were selected and divided into group A and group B randomly, each group with 4 replicates in which had 8 yellow-feathered broilers. Group A fed the dietⅠ(include 5% fishmeal), group B fed the dietⅡ(include 2% fishmeal) in which added 0.5% small peptides. The trial lasted 8 weeks to investigate the effect of small peptides on growth performance and biochemical parameters of the yellowfeathered broilers. The results showed that used a small number of small peptide products to replace a certain amount of fish meal in the diet reducing dietary protein content, even made yellowfeathered broilers have higher growth performance. Also the content of the serum protein and serum albumin were significantly(P<0.05)increased and the serum total cholesterol were significantly(P<0.05)reduced in the 2-week-old of yellow-feathered broilers.

450 one-day cockerels, which were healthy and named north third, were used in this experiment. Those cockerels were divided into six groups (75 cockerels, 3 replications in each group)randomly, Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,groups were given 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 mg/kg Youliantai respectively. All cockerels were under the same circumstance (temperature, moisture and illumination), automatic drinking water and foraging freedom. At the time of 14, 28, 42, 56, 63 d after beginning experiment, the weight of 5 cockerels from each replication were measured and collected the blood. 3 cockerels from each replication were abataged at 63 d. Results display that 60 mg/kg supplement can improve 13.98 percent body weight compared with control group each day and the ratio of forage to body weight were decreased 3.43 percent (P<0.05). The concentrations of serum neuropeptide Y were correlation with increased supplement of Youliantai. Increased weights every day were positive correlation with serum growth hormone (r=0.712) and with serum IGF-Ⅰ (r=0.812). The ratio of forage to body weight were negative correlation with IGF-Ⅰ (r=-0.796). The performances and economic returns were best at the optimal 60 mg/kg supplement concentration for Youliantai.

The objective of this paper was to study the different invasiveness among streptococcus suis type 2 which carried various virulence factors,100 strains of S suis were isolated from all over the country. 10 strains of them were S suis type 2 by PCR identification, strains with virulence factors were selected to explore the adhevence of them to PK-15 cells.7-4[MRP+EF+],8-3[MRP+EF-],ZH-1[MRP-EF+],and control strains LN-2 [MRPEF] were chose in adhesion kinesics test to PK-15 cells.The results indicated that MRP factor was closely related to adhesion of S suis type 2 to PK-15 cells.

Porcine circovirus type 2 ORF2 encodes the capsid protein which contains major immunoreactive epitopes.The whole sequence of the ORF2 was amplified with a special pair of primers and cloned into vectors.The PCV-2 DNA was obtained from the supernatant of PCV-2 infected Dulac cells after freeze thrawing.Then a two-step method of SYBR Green I Real-time PCR amplification was established for the rapid and sensitive detection of PCV2.The detection results confirmed that the established method was rapid, specific and sensitive.

Three specific pairs of primers, which were designed according to avian reovirus strain S1133 (GenBank) L1 gene sequence, were used to clone the L1 gene of the avian reovirus C-98 isolated from Inner Mongolia through RTPCR. Then the acquired L1 gene was sequenced. The result showed that there was 3959 bp in C-98 L1 gene, including 21 bp of the 5’ noncoding region and 56 bp of 3’ noncoding region. The reading frame was between the 22nd bp and the 3903rd bp. The comparison of the sequences of different strains showed higher homology between the strain C-98 and strain 919 from Taiwan district, strain 1733, 2408, S1133 from USA, and the homology of nucleotide sequence was 99.8%, 99.7%, 99.7% and 99.4% respectively; while there was a low relationship in comparison with the mammalian reovirus L3 genes and corresponding amino acid sequences, and the homology of nucleotide sequence was between 43% and 45%.

To study the feasibility of preventing blastomyces albicans contamination in cell culture by Fluconazole, Fluconazole was added into medium with different concentration,the survival of C2C12 was observed.The results showed that the combination of 300 μg/ml Fluconazole was better than others in preventing blastomyces albicans,and it did not obviously affect the survival of C2C12 cells.Conclusion: Fluconazole can be used to eliminate blastomyces albicans contamination in cell culture.Fluconazole, Amikacin and Cefradine can be used to prevent eumycete contamination in cell culture.

The cDNA of pGhrelin was amplified by RT-PCR and was cloned into the pcDNA3.1 (+) to construct the eukaryotic expression vector. The vector was injected to rats’ hind legs’ muscle. The result showed that rat growth was improved after the injection of vector at 10, 20, 35 d post-injection in the treatment rats was higher (P<0.05) than that of control, but the rat weight at 46 d postinjection in the treatment rats was not obviously improved. It suggests that the eukaryotic expression vector has the ability to promote the growth of rats. 

To construct and express prokaryotic expression vector of bovine paraoxonase-1 and paraoxonase-2 (PON1 and PON2) and to obtained pure PON1 and PON2. Full length sequences of PON1 and PON2 genes were amplified from bovine liver by RT-PCR and were cloned into the expression vector-pET28a. PON1 and PON2 fusion proteins were expressed in BL21 under IPTG induction and the expressed fusion proteins were detected by SDSPAGE. The recombinant plasmids containing the target genes were constructed successfully. The fusion proteins were expressed in E coli in soluble form. The fusion proteins are expressed in soluble form, which is a useful reagent for further preparation of purifying and study of the function of PON1 and PON2 in blood vessel and diabetes mellitus, and boosting the birth weight of calves.

The reason isn’t definite.Primarily discuss the reason from molecule genetics.Constract the group of health and self-biting with RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA,RAPD),randomly select 40 polymorphisms primers which are good reproducibility. Abstract 40 DNA from each group,and random construction gene cistem from 10 DNA. Primer S103(sequence is AGACGTCCAC) with obviouslily difference from health and selfbiting is selected,and clone,send the result of clone to Sangon biologic company in shanghai to sequence. Through primer S103, only in the disease mink groups we amplify 750 bp DNA fragment, 600 bp DNA is showed up in the health group but disease group isn't. So this can serve as molecular genetic labeling to distinguish from healthy and sick mink groups. So the different fragments both primarily distinguish the molecular genetic labeling from health and diease,it bases on the deeply study for the self-biting.

This is because it is difficult to consider all nutrients parameters in a whole system. Developed by the author, this dairy cattle ration formulation diagnosis system could compute those reached nutrients in cattle ration and diagnose nutrients banlance according to the ingredients composition on a cattle ration. Also, this software could predict some basic production performance after feeding a specific ration. Limit to the space, this article just takes the banlance of metabolize protein in dairy nutrition as an example to calculate and analyze the protein banlance of dairy ration according to the result calculated by this diagnose software.

Gross lesions and histopathological changes were observed in tragopan temminckii that infected naturally by H isolonche. The results showed that pathological change mainly occurred in the cecum. Gross lesions were characterized as cecum turgescence, thickening, petechial haemorrhages and erosion of the mucosa, and nodules in the serosa. The examination of cecal histological sections were characterized as hemorrhage, diffuse chronic typhlitis with mononuclear cells infiltrate in the lamina propria, necrotic areas with cholesterol clefts in the submucosa, and H isolonche worms were arounded with neoplastic nodules.

The antibody titer of PCV-2 of 282 serum samples from 38 standard pig farms were detected with ELISA. The results showed the positive sera were 207, the positive rate was 73.4%,and the positive values were between 0.15 and 0.60, especially focused on 0.3 to 0.4,which was up to 25.1%. Among the tested pig farms, 82.9% pig farms were PCV-2 positive and only 17.1% pig farms were negative. Through the clinic observation and the pathologic autopsy, the sick swine had the typical character of PCV-2.

It was said the pathogenic of the disease was the protein, which had same first structure with the normal protein coded by the host, just had different conformation of the second structure. Now it is not clear for the mechanism of the disease. So the author reviews the relation of the prion toxicity and GPI according to the report of other people who research the prion.

Bamei pig, named Jingchuan pig or Huzhu pig, is a famous local breed in china, and it has the features of strong adaptability, high reproduction, good taste, steadily heritage, etc. However, for some reasons, the quantity of Bamei pig reduces sharply and it nearly dies out in the recent years. This paper is proposed to provide the theory and the technology support for the utilization of Bamei pig in china. The purpose is to enhance the seed selective breeding dynamics, enlarge the raw-breeding flock, find out the best way of protecting the breeds; carry out carry out “field + peasant household” production commodity mixed superior pig's breeding promotion pattern; and discuss the development prospect of the “high quality, security, green” pork. 

Hydrogen peroxide was used in digesting of Kjeldahl determination, the digestive time of Kjeldahl determination reduced from 2.5~3 h to 1 h. The testing results indicated that Kjeldahl determination is fast and simple, accurate and exact.
