Abstract: Analysing 11 categories of China bos grunniens by using system cluster analysis according to blood protein polymorphism, suggests that China bos grunniens is classified west hypotype and north hypotype. Also the west hypotype is classified Qinhai-Xizang platequ hypotype and traversing mountain hypotype. In addition, China bos grunniens’ consanguinity close, the origin is single. The blood protein polymorphism is comparatively poor, and the gene tends to homozygosity.
