Abstract: Gross lesions and histopathological changes were observed in tragopan temminckii that infected naturally by H isolonche. The results showed that pathological change mainly occurred in the cecum. Gross lesions were characterized as cecum turgescence, thickening, petechial haemorrhages and erosion of the mucosa, and nodules in the serosa. The examination of cecal histological sections were characterized as hemorrhage, diffuse chronic typhlitis with mononuclear cells infiltrate in the lamina propria, necrotic areas with cholesterol clefts in the submucosa, and H isolonche worms were arounded with neoplastic nodules.
