猪Ghrelin真核表达质粒的制备及对小鼠生长的影响

Abstract

Abstract: The cDNA of pGhrelin was amplified by RT-PCR and was cloned into the pcDNA3.1 (+) to construct the eukaryotic expression vector. The vector was injected to rats’ hind legs’ muscle. The result showed that rat growth was improved after the injection of vector at 10, 20, 35 d post-injection in the treatment rats was higher (P<0.05) than that of control, but the rat weight at 46 d postinjection in the treatment rats was not obviously improved. It suggests that the eukaryotic expression vector has the ability to promote the growth of rats. 
