Study on Reproductive Traits for ESR and FSHβ Gene in Jinyang White Pigs

Abstract

Abstract:

60 Jinyang white pig’s ESR and FSHβ genes were studied using PCR-RFLP and PCR ways. The effects of different genotypes of ESR and FSHβ genes on the reproductive traits were analyzed. The results showed that in the detected pigs, ESR and FSHβ genes had significant difference for reproductive traits. The allelic gene B was favorable alleles and the BB individual was excellent genotypes.
