鸡CAPN1基因3′-UTR多态性及其与肉质性状的关联分析

Abstract

Abstract: Polymorphisms of 3′-UTR in CAPN1 gene was detected by PCR-SSCP and the relationship between polymorphisms and meat quality traits was analyzed in Shouguang chicken. The results showed that AA, AB genotypes were detected in populations, their frequencies were 0.43 and 0.57，respectively, AB genotype was a dominant. Frequencies of A and B alleles were 0.715 and 0.285, respectively, the A allele was a dominant. The BB genotype had been not found in populations. The populations were not in Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium (P＜0.05). The two genotypes had significant influence on chest muscle pHu, leg muscle pHu，intramuscular fat content and shear force of chest muscle (P＜0.05), and they had no significant influence on shear force of leg muscle, water loss rate, cooking loss of chest muscle and cooking loss of leg muscle (P＞0.05).
