Abstract: In order to obtain protein expression map of nanoparticles copper(nano-copper) toxicity in rat liver, this study constructed the model of the nano-copper in rats, and obtained 2-DE maps of nano-copper toxicity in rats group and control group used by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis technique, PDQuest 8.0 analysis showed that the total 43 protein spots significantly differently expressed in rat liver of 200 mg/kg copper nanoparticles group which 27 spots were up and 16 spots were down. The toxicity of nano-copper in rats liver was studied by proteomics approach in the paper, the results would establish the foundation for clarifying the mechanism of the toxic effects of nano-copper at protein level.
