The Comparative Study on Methods of Extrating Trehalose from S.boulardii

Abstract

Abstract: The methods of extracting trehalose from S.boulardii was preliminarily studied in this experiment. Through the contrast between three kinds of extractant and using single and complex treatment，grope the best way to extract trehalose in S.boulardii: extractant is 5% trichloroacetic acid, water bath at 100 ℃ and 30 min after 10 min ultrasonication. Extracting supernatant was hydrolytic and determined glucose with the biosensor and calculate the content of trehalose.
