Several Methods of Studying DNA Polymorphism

Abstract

Abstract: The study of DNA polymorphism is a effective method for studying genetics, immunology, pathogen, genetic mutations disease and so on.these methods have a broadly application. we introduce 4 methods related with PAGE to analyze DNA polymorphism, which are PCR-PFLP, PCR-SSCP, HMA and DGGE. We summarize the theory, common problems, methods of solving problems and advantage and disadvantage about these 4 methods.
