子宫内膜细胞外基质研究进展

摘要: 子宫内膜细胞外基质是维持子宫生物学功能的重要因素,其表达随生殖周期而发生周期性改变,当子宫患有疾病时子宫内膜细胞外基质表达异常;而其代谢受基质金属蛋白酶及其组织抑制物的调节,同时与卵巢激素密切相关。子宫内膜细胞外基质的表达情况能够反映子宫状态,并与子宫机能密切相关,使之成为目前研究热点之一。作者就子宫内膜细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的表达特点、代谢规律及其调节机制加以概述,并探讨其在奶牛子宫疾病中的作用。

Abstract: Extracellular matrix(ECM)of endometrium was an important factor which kept biological function of the uterus.The expression of ECM would change with the reproductive cycle. The uterine disease happened,the ECM abnormal expression.The metabolism of ECM is adjusted by matrix metalloproteinase and the inhibitor of tissue,and it was closely related to the ovarian hormone. The expression of ECM can reflect the uterine status,and it was intimate correlate with uterine function.So it became one of the hot spots on the study.The characteristics of ECM expression on the endometrium,the rules of the metabolism and the regulatory mechanism were the summary in this article, and discussed the effect of them in the disease of dairy cow uterus.
