日粮磷水平对22~42日龄肉仔鸡胴体性能及肌肉品质的影响

Effects of Dietary Phosphorus Level on Carcass Traits and Meat Quality of Broilers from 22 to 42 Days of Age

摘要: 为研究日粮磷水平对22~42日龄肉仔鸡胴体性能和肉品质的影响,选用500只1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡公雏,于1~21日龄统一饲喂相同的玉米—豆粕型配合日粮(含非植酸磷实测值为0.39%),于22日龄从中选取360只鸡,按体重相近原则随机分成10个处理组,每个处理组6个重复笼,每个重复笼6只鸡,分别饲喂不添加无机磷的玉米—豆粕型日粮(对照组,含非植酸磷0.09%)及在基础日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%、0.30%、0.35%、0.40%和0.45%无机磷(饲料级CaHPO4),饲养21 d。结果表明,日粮添加适宜水平的无机磷可显著提高42日龄肉仔鸡屠宰率和全净膛率(P<0.1),但日粮磷水平对42日龄肉仔鸡肉品质各指标及其他胴体性能指标均无显著影响(P>0.1)。

Abstract: An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of supplemental phosphorus (P) level on carcass traits and meat quality of broilers from 22 to 42 days of age. A total of 500 day-old Arbor Acres male broilers were fed the same corn-soybean meal complete diet containing 0.39% P for 21 days posthatching. On 22 days of age,360 birds were selected according to body weight and randomly divided into 10 treatment groups with 6 chicks per cage of 6 replicate cages for each treatment in a completely randomized design. Birds were fed a P-unsupplemented corn-soybean meal basal diet containing 0.09% P and the basal diets supplemented with 0,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20%,0.25%,0.30%,0.35%,0.40% and 0.45% P as CaHPO4 (feed grade) for 21 days,respectively. The results showed that dietary proper P levels improved dressing percentage (P<0.1) and whole net carcass percentage (P<0.1) of broilers on 42 day of age. However,there were no significant differences in meat quality and other carcass traits among treatments(P>0.1).
