摘要: 牛奶中激素类药物残留对人体健康危害较大,各国家及国际组织制定了相关的标准和法规。作者对主要国家和国际组织牛奶中激素类药物残留的限量及禁用标准作了比较和分析,并对其所制定的检测方法和风险监测模式作了综述。

Abstract: The residue of veterinary hormones in milk is harmful for people's health. Many countries and international organizations have developed the limits and regulations of homones in milk. In this paper, the limits of homones in milk set by different countries and organizations were compared. The analysis method and risk monitor of homones in milk were also reviewed.
