枯草芽孢杆菌对黄羽肉鸡生长性能及营养物质代谢率的影响

Effects of Bacillus subtilis on Growth Performance and Nutrient Metabolic Rate in Yellow Broilers

摘要: 试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌对黄羽肉鸡生长性能及营养物质代谢率的影响,为枯草芽孢杆菌制剂在黄羽肉鸡生产中的应用提供理论依据。选择60羽7周龄体重相近、健康的黄羽肉鸡,随机分成5组,每组设4个重复,每重复3羽,设一个对照组,饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2 g/kg的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂(活菌数为108 CFU/g)。试验期30 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组日增重分别提高了49.03%(P<0.05)、46.39%(P<0.05)和37.04%(P<0.05),各试验组饲料报酬均有所提高但无显著差异;各试验组可极显著提高粗蛋白质的代谢率(P<0.01),粗脂肪、钙、磷及表观代谢能的代谢率均有提高,试验Ⅲ组极显著提高黄羽肉鸡对钙、磷的吸收利用率(P<0.01),并且,试验Ⅲ组粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的代谢率最高。因此,在黄羽肉鸡日粮中枯草芽孢杆菌制剂适宜的添加量为0.15 g/kg。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted to study the effect of Bacillus Subtilis on growth performance and nutrient metabolic rate in broilers.sixty seven-week yellow broilers were randomly assigned to five treaments with four replicate and three broilers with each pen. The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2 g/kg praeparatum of Bacillus subtilis, respectively. The feeding trial lasted thirty days. The results showed that compared to the control, the average daily gain in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ increased significantly by 49.03% (P <0.05), 46.39% (P <0.05) and 37.04% (P <0.05); the metabolic rate of crude protein of test group were significantly increased (P <0.01), calcium, phosphorus absorption and utilization rate of Ⅲ group were significantly increased (P <0.01). Therefore, the appropriate levels of Bacillus Subtilis for yellow broiler are 0.15 g/kg.
