肉鸡痛风病的诊断及病理形态学观察

Diagnosis and Morphological Observation of Broiler Gout

摘要: 应用常规的病理剖检技术解剖死亡鸡,观察其病理变化后取病料进行病原学检查,排除了细菌和病毒感染的可能;采用磷钨酸还原法检测,血液中尿酸含量高达150 mg/L;用凯氏半微量定氮法和EDTA法分别检测饲料中粗蛋白质含量及钙含量,结果分别为23.6%和1.1%;取病鸡心脏、脾脏、肠道和肾脏等组织制作石蜡切片,HE染色,镜检见痛风石形成。

Abstract: Dead chickens were anatomized with the conventional pathological examination technique, and pathological changes were observed. The pathogeny inspection was taken, eliminate the possibility of bacterial and viral infections. Uric acid content was up to 150 mg/L by phosphotungstic acid reduction test; crude protein content and calcium content were 23.6% and 1.1% in poultry feedstuff by semi micro Kjeldahl nitrogen and EDTA determination,respectly; Paraffin section was made with tissues of sick chicken,including heart, spleen, intestine and kidney, HE staining was carried out, tophi could be seen in microscopy inspection.
