日粮添加维吉尼亚霉素对肉牛瘤胃发酵及粪便pH的影响

摘要: 选取4头带有永久性瘤胃瘘管的肉牛,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,研究了给精粗比例为60∶40的日粮添加维吉尼亚霉素和碳酸氢钠对瘤胃发酵及粪便pH的影响。试验处理分别为:维吉尼亚霉素组(30 mg/kg精料)、碳酸氢钠组(20 g/kg精料)和对照组。结果显示,维吉尼亚霉素组、碳酸氢钠组和对照组的瘤胃液pH分别为6.44、6.46和6.38(0.05

Abstract: Four ruminal cannulated beef steers were used to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with or without virginiamycin and NaHCO3 on ruminal fermenatation and feces pH in steers fed high concentrate diet . 3×3 Latin square design was used in this experiment.
