Main Risk Factor Analysis for Milk Quality and Safety Ⅵ.Contaminants

Abstract: Contaminants in milk are attended due to its harm to people’s health. In this paper, the maximum residue level of contaminants, detect method and system of risk monitor of contaminants in milk in different countries were presented, which might be as reference for risk monitor of milk safety in China.
