摘要: 作者综述了中国卵黄抗体作为新型饲料添加剂在仔猪、牛、家禽、犬、虾、蚕等动物生产过程中研发与应用的现状,指出了其工业化生产在安全性、稳定性、单一性、口服局限性及标准化规程中所面临的突出问题,旨在加速中国卵黄抗体产业化进程,使卵黄抗体技术在动物生产中得到广泛的推广应用。

Abstract: This paper summarized the current development and application of yolk antibody (IgY) as a new feed additive in pigs, cattle, poultry, dog, shrimp and silkworm in China. Pointing out the problems faced in the industrialization production, such as safety, stability, single, oral limitation and standard procedures.To accelerate the process of IgY technology industry in China, which has extensive promotion and application in animal production.
