重组凡纳对虾PEN-2分子的抗菌相关功能研究

Study on Antimicrobial Related Functions of Recombinant PEN-2 in Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要: 对虾素属于先天免疫系统中抗菌肽分子的一种,是对虾类水生动物防御细菌入侵的重要免疫效应分子。试验以凡纳对虾对虾素2(penaeidin-2,PEN-2)分子作为研究对象,通过系统研究抗菌活性相关的细菌结合功能、蛋白酶活性抑制作用及抑菌作用,来探索PEN-2分子的抗菌功能。结果显示,凡纳对虾PEN-2分子具有较强的体外结合细菌的功能,能够抑制枯草芽孢杆菌生长过程中分泌的蛋白酶的活性,但抑菌活性较弱。

Abstract: Penaeidin belonged to a kind of the antibacterial peptide in innate immunity system,and it was also an immunity effector molecular what aquatic animals used to defend bacterial invasion. In this paper, Litopenaeus vannamei penaeidin-2 (PEN-2) was the research object, and the antibacterial functions were explored by studying the bacteria binding activity, protease activity inhibitory function, and antibacterial activity that were related to the antibacterial function. The results showed Litopenaeus vannamei PEN-2 possessed strong bacteria binding activity in vitro, and could inhibit the avtivity of secretory protease, but the antibacterial activity was very weak.
