摘要: 热应激是反刍动物对不利于生理活动的高温环境产生的一种非特异性应答反应,也是影响反刍动物夏季生产与繁殖的一种重要应激性的疾病,近年来国内外学者对反刍动物的热应激进行了大量的研究。作者就2009年热应激对反刍动物的影响进行简要综述,包括热应激对产奶量、乳品质、生理指标、血液生化指标与内分泌的影响及目前抗热应激的主要措施。

Abstract: Heat stress is non-specific response reactions of physiological activities to the high-temperature environment, which is detrimental to ruminant animals. Also, heat stress is an important stress-induced diseases which affect the production and reproduction of ruminants in summer. It has been researched a lot in recent years. The author makes a brief summary about the effects of heat stress on ruminant from the research in 2009, and it involves in milk yield, milk quality, physiology, plasma biochemistry and endocrine effects of heat stress, and the current main measures to alleviate heat stress.
