摘要: 传统的以微生物培养为手段的研究方法极大地限制了对微生物的研究。作者综述了以16S rRNA 为主要研究对象的DGGE(denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis)技术的原理及优缺点,以DGGE为主要手段结合PCR 扩增分析对微生物的群落结构和多样性研究的最新动态。

Abstract: Some traditional methods put a limit on the study of microorganism. In the paper, the principle, advantages and disadvantages of DGGE (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis) based on 16S rDNA were introduced.Meanwhile,application and future perspectives of PCRDGGE techniques in animal husbandry were reviewed.
