加酶益生素对蛋鸡生产性能及发酵粪中氨气和硫化氢释放量的影响

Effect of Probiotics on Layers Performance and Fecal Emission ofAmmonia and Sulfureted Hydrogen

摘要: 将240只57周龄、健康的巴布考克(B380)蛋鸡随机分为5组,在其基础日粮中分别添加0、3、4、5、6 g/kg的益生素,试验期为6周,观察其对蛋鸡生产性能和发酵粪中氨气和硫化氢释放量的影响。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,在蛋鸡日粮中加入5 g/kg的益生素可降低料蛋比,极显著(P<0.01)提高产蛋率、平均蛋重。减少粪便中H2S的逸出量,极显著(P<0.01)减少NH3的逸出量。

Abstract: 240 55weekold Babcock (B380) layers were used to evaluate the effect of probiotics on their productive performance. The layers were assigned to five treatments randomly, they were based diet, added with 3,4,5,6 g/kg of probiotics respectively. The result showed that, compared with the control group,the addition of 5 g/kg probiotics could decrease the feed/ egg ratio, remarkably increase egg laying rate and the average egg weight(P<0.01).Also it could dramatically decreased the fecal emission of sulfureted hydrogen (P<0.01).
