地顶孢霉培养物对北京鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、血常规及血清生化、抗氧化指标的影响

Effects of Acremonium terricola Culture on Growth Performance, Slaughter Performance,Hematological Parameters,Serum Biochemical, and Antioxidant Indexes of Pekin Ducks

摘要: 【目的】 本试验旨在研究地顶孢霉培养物对北京鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、血常规及血清生化、抗氧化指标的影响。【方法】 选取216只1日龄健康雄性北京鸭(51.36 g±0.15 g),随机分成3组,每组8个重复,每重复12只鸭,分别饲喂在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、0.1%、0.2%地顶孢霉培养物的饲粮,饲喂期42 d。统计试验鸭生长性能和屠宰性能,并采集全血和血清样品,测定血常规、血清生化生理和抗氧化指标。【结果】 ①饲粮中添加0.1%和0.2%地顶孢霉培养物对北京鸭生长性能均无显著影响(P>0.05)。②0.1%地顶孢霉培养物组北京鸭胸肌率显著高于对照组和0.2%添加组(P<0.05);0.2%地顶孢霉培养物组北京鸭肝脏指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,0.2%地顶孢霉培养物组北京鸭血液中淋巴细胞(LYM)和中间细胞数量(MID)以及红细胞宽度标准差(RDW-SD)显著提高,红细胞(WBC)和粒细胞数量(GRA)显著降低(P<0.05)。④与对照组相比,0.1%和0.2%地顶孢霉培养物组北京鸭血清葡萄糖含量显著降低(P<0.05),0.1%地顶孢霉培养物组北京鸭血清中甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05)。⑤与对照组相比,0.1%和0.2%地顶孢霉培养物组42日龄北京鸭血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性均显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组和0.1%地顶孢霉培养物组相比,0.2%地顶孢霉培养物组42日龄北京鸭血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著提高(P<0.05)。【结论】 饲粮中添加0.1%和0.2%地顶孢霉培养物未能提高北京鸭生长性能和器官发育,但可显著提高北京鸭胸肌率、机体免疫和抗氧化能力,促进机体葡萄糖和脂肪代谢。

Abstract: 【Objective】 This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Acremonium terricola culture (ATC) on the growth performance,slaughter performance,hematological parameters,serum biochemistry,and antioxidant capacity of Pekin ducks. 【Method】 A total of 216 one-day-old healthy male Pekin ducks (51.36 g±0.15 g) were randomly divided into three groups,each with eight replicates and twelve ducks per replicate.The ducks were fed a corn-soybean meal-based basal diet supplemented with 0 (control group),0.1% and 0.2% ATC.The feeding trial lasted for 42 days.Growth performance and slaughter performance were recorded,and whole blood and serum samples were collected to measure hematological parameters,serum biochemical indexes,and antioxidant indicators. 【Result】 ① There was no significant effect of dietary 0.1% and 0.2% ATC supplementation on the growth performance of Pekin ducks (P>0.05).② The breast muscle yield of Pekin ducks in 0.1% ATC group was significantly higher than that in control and 0.2% addition groups (P<0.05),and the liver index of Beijing ducks in 0.2% ATC group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).③ Compared to control group,in 0.2% ATC group,lymphocyte (LYM) and monocyte (MID) counts,and red cell distribution width standard deviation (RDW-SD) of Pekin ducks were significantly increased,while white blood cell (WBC) and granulocyte (GRA) counts of Pekin ducks were significantly decreased (P<0.05).④ Compared to control group,the serum glucose level of 0.1% and 0.2% ATC groups were significantly decreased,and serum triglyceride level of 0.1% ATC group were significantly decreased (P<0.05).⑤ Compared to control group,the serum activities of T-SOD,CAT,and GR of 42-day-old Pekin ducks in 0.1% and 0.2% ATC groups were increased (P<0.05).Additionally,compared to control and 0.1% ATC groups,the serum activities of GSH-Px and T-AOC of 42-day-old Pekin ducks in 0.2% ATC group were significantly increased (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Dietary supplementation with 0.1% and 0.2% ATC did not improve the growth performance or organ development of Pekin ducks,but it significantly increased breast muscle percentage,enhanced immune and antioxidant capacities,and promoted glucose and lipid metabolism.
