天然免疫调节药物在肿瘤辅助治疗中的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Seeking effective tumor therapy medicine or tumor adjuvant therapy drugs has always been a hotspot for doctors and medical scientists. But in a long time, surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy are still the main forms of treatment in tumor therapy. Since great immunosuppression come with these treatments, curative effects could be depressed. With low toxicity and slight side effects, natural medicine could enhance the body’s immunization to defeat the side effects. Therefore natural medicine becomes an ideal adjuvant for tumor treatment. To provide that the references for natural medicine could be proper adjuvant in tumor therapy, the mechanism and research progresses of natural immunomodulatory drugs such as traditional Chinese immunomodulatory prescriptions and the active ingredients of some Chinese medicine were reviewed in present paper.
