超高效液相色谱技术在兽药分析领域应用的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Ultra performance liquid chromatography technology is a rapid development technique which based on small particle packing in recent years. The technique, which has many advantages including fast, sensitive, accurate, efficient and so on, has become one of the research focus in the field of drug testing and analysis. As the development of the technology, it has been widely used in veterinary medicine research development, and detection of veterinary drug residues. In this paper, the technical characteristics of ultra performance liquid chromatography and its practical applications were reviewed to show the wide application prospect of the technology in the future of veterinary analysis field.
