Abstract: Black Muscovy ducks were used to detect the change regulation of plasma biochemical indicators. The relation between plasma biochemical indicators and liver production performance were analyzed. The result indicated that plasma biochemical indicators of black Muscovy ducks were significantly increased following with the time of overfeeding (P<0.05). The plasma biochemical indicators of overfeeding group were significantly higher than these indexes in the control group (P<0.05). The dressed weight and liver weight of male ducks were significantly higher than female ducks (P<0.01). There were no significant differences in many indexes between male ducks and female ducks. There was very significant positive correlation between the liver weight and plasma ALT (P<0.01), and was positive correlation between the liver weight and plasma GGT, CHO (P<0.05), and was negative correlation between the liver weight and plasma ApoB, LDL-C(P<0.05) between sexes.
