Abstract: The aim of the research was to evaluate the effects of glycyl-glutamin and taurine on the immune function of peripheral blood in early weaned piglets. With 28-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire weaned piglets as research objects, the effect of the glycyl-glutamin and taurine on the T cell positive rate of periphery blood by ANAE staining and B cell positive rate of peripHery blood by RNA staining in weaned piglets through feeding experiment. The results showed that compared with group CT,the activities of T, B lymphocytes were improved in Gly-Gln group, Tau group and G+T group vs the control group. Therefore, separately adding 0.25% Gly-Gln or 0.1% Tau was able to efficiently improve T and B lymph ocyte cell positive in piglet.
