Abstract: In order to reducing badly atmosphere efficiency in henhouse, 5 henhouses were randomly allocated in Taoyuan foreign trade in Zhucheng city, each have 2000 10-day-age AA healthy henhouse. Enzyme was supplied with 0, 0.5, 1, 3, 5 g/kg respectively in broilers diet, which contains lichen sporangium, enterococcus faecalis, acid milk bacillus an so on. We collected the atmosphere in henhouse using Andersen-6 impacting airborne (FA-1,6-stage) fungal samples and CD-1 airborne samples. The result showed that, compared with the control group, the addition of 3 g/kg probiotics could remarkably decrease the air microbe quantity (P< 0.01), and it could dramatically decreased the fecal emission of ammonia ( P< 0.01) .
