Abstract: A standard curve was constructed for detecting Pefloxacin by surface plasmon resonance(SPR) biosensor to provide a basis for the sample detection.Using amino coupling method to active the CM5 chip and fix FLE-OVA conjugate. The optimum immobilizing conditions of antigen and the concentration of antibody were confirmed by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that it responded desirable when the FLE-Ovalbumin was diluted to 50 mmol/L by Acetate buffer(pH 4.5). The limit detection and the range of the standard curve was respectively 1 ng/mL and 0 to 20 ng/mL. It obtained a lower limit detection when the antibody was diluted by 400 times.
