三穗鸭体尺及屠宰性状的测定及分析

Abstract

Abstract: Body size and body carcass characters were measured in Sansui duck and the correlations between these properties were analyzed. The results showed that significant correlation was obtained between a majority of body size parameters. Significant correlation was obtained between a majority of body carcass parameters. And there was significant correlation between some of body size parameters and body carcass parameters. The results of this study provided basis data to the farther research，and provided theoretical basis for the improvement of the Sansui duck.
