Abstract: To investigate the clinical improvement effect of probiotics additive combined with Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus, and the synergistic effect of a new synbiotics additive combined with the probiotics and astragalus polysaccharide(APS) in growth performance of piglets, the test was processed with total 400 ternary hybrid piglets(Du ×Chang ×Da) of 4 pig farms in Guangdong and Wuhan city separately. The results showed that, for the probiotics, the average daily weight gain had raised 78.26%, the feed to gain ratio had decreased 51.0%, the survival rate had increased 15.3% and the rate of diarrhea had decreased 20.1% separately, comparing with group control;for group new synbiotics additive, the average daily weight gain had raised 8.57% and 5.71% separately, the survival rate had increased 20.0% and 5.0% respectively contrast to group control and probiotics. In conclusion, the probiotics can promote growth performance of piglets, and is not positively related with the race of piglets, the additive APS enhances it too.
