Abstract: In this study, several common mycoplasma’s 16S rRNA gene sequences in the GenBank were used as standards, and three pairs of primers were designed according to their genus features, the corresponding specific PCR amplification systems and conditions were established. Finally, using these systems and conditions, the hog cholera live vaccines bought from market randomly were detected. The results showed that all of the three primers could detect mycoplasma contamination from different vaccines, the detection rate of the three primers was 20%, 17.1% and 14.3%, respectively, which demonstrated that the mycoplasma contamination in classical swine fever live vaccines was caused by multiple mycoplasma, and the source of contamination was complicated.
