不同抗生素对乳酸菌抑制作用的研究

Inhibiting Effect of Different Antibiotics on the Growth of Lactobacillus

摘要: 为了进一步探索抗生素与益生菌的关系,并为畜产品的安全生产服务,本研究采用不同浓度的硫酸粘杆菌素和金霉素作用于乳酸菌,通过测定培养液的pH、吸光度值及活菌数目来判断抗生素抑制作用的强弱。结果表明,在厌氧培养24 h后,0.025%的金霉素和0.05%的硫酸粘杆菌素可抑制乳酸菌的生长(P<0.05),随着培养时间的延长,两种抗生素对乳酸菌的抑制作用均逐渐减弱,说明益生菌的耐药性在逐步增强。

Abstract: In order to study the relationship between antibiotics and probiotics for safe animal production,two kinds of antibiotics (aureomycin and colistin sulfate) were used to study the inhibiting effect of antibiotics on the growth of Lactobacillus by measuring the pH value,absorbance value and viable cell number. The results showed that 0.025% aureomycin and 0.05% colistin sulfate had significant effect on inhibiting the growth of Lactobacillus after 24 h anaerobic incubation(P<0.05); the inhibiting effect of antibiotics became weak with the extending incubation time,indicating the endurable ability of Lactobacillus for antibiotics became stronger.
