摘要: 作者对牛遗传多样性的主要研究方法(主要包括线粒体DNA、微卫星DNA多态性、单核苷酸多态性、高通量SNP检测方法及全基因组选择方法)及其在牛分子遗传多样性研究方面的应用进行了介绍。

Abstract: The major methods were elaborated about genetic diversity of cattle genetic resources, including research on mitochondria DNA, polymorphism of microsatellite DNA, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), high throughout SNP methods and genome-wide selection, and the above methods were applied to molecular genetic diversity of cattle in this article.
