转植酸酶基因玉米对蛋种鸡产蛋性能及血清生化指标的影响

Effect of Phytase Transgenic Corn on Laying Performance and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Laying Breeders

摘要: 本试验旨在研究转植酸酶基因玉米对蛋种鸡产蛋性能及血清生化指标的影响。试验采用单因子完全随机设计,将144只27周龄健康、产蛋率相近的海兰(灰)蛋用种鸡分成2个处理组,每个处理组8个重复,每个重复9只鸡。对照组饲喂含非转植酸酶基因亲本玉米的玉米—豆粕型日粮,试验组饲喂含转植酸酶基因玉米的玉米—豆粕型日粮,2个处理组蛋种鸡日粮中可利用磷及其他养分含量均相等或相近。试验共进行19周,预试期2周,正试期17周。结果表明,试验组与对照组产蛋性能各项指标均没有显著差异(P>0.05);在血清生化指标中,除试验组血清碱性磷酸酶含量极显著高于对照组外(P<0.01),其他各项指标均没有显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,在本试验期内,转植酸酶基因玉米对蛋种鸡产蛋性能和血清生化指标均未产生不良影响。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effect of phytase transgenic corn on laying performance and serum biochemical indicators of layer breeders. A single-factor completely randomized design was used in this experiment. A total of 144 27-week-old Hailan (grey) laying breeders were divided into 2 treatments with 8 replicates of 9 chickens per replicate. Chilckens of the control group were fed with isogenic conventional corn(CC) diet,and chickens of the test group were fed with phytase transgenic corn(PTC) diet. During the experiment,the concentrations of all nutrients (containing available phosphorus) in the diet of the two treatments were equal. The experiment lasted for 19 weeks, the preliminary period of the trial was 2 weeks and the trial period was 17 weeks. The results showed that there was no significant difference in laying performance between the two groups (P>0.05). The alkaline phosphatase in serum of the test group was significant higher (P<0.01) than that of the control group,however,there were no significant differences (P>0.05) between the two groups in other serum biochemical indicators. These results indicated that PTC diet had no adverse effects on laying breeders during the experiment period.
