组合添加剂对水貂繁殖性能的影响

Effects of Compoud Additive on Reproductive Performance of Minks

摘要: 为研究组合添加剂对水貂精子活力、配种率、平均窝产仔数、断奶成活率、断奶平均体重等繁殖性能的影响。选择种母貂36只、公貂6只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3只公貂,18只母貂,母貂设2个重复。对照组貂饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础中添加组合添加剂3 g/(d·只)。试验期120 d,试验期内,测定精子活力、配种率、平均窝产仔数、断奶成活率、断奶平均体重。结果显示,组合添加剂对貂的繁殖性能具有明显的改善作用。与对照组相比,试验组公貂精子活力、母貂受胎率、平均窝产仔数、仔貂断奶成活率和45日龄断奶平均体重等繁殖性能指标分别提高了2.44%、3.93%、13.04%、2.49%、1.85%。

Abstract: In order to study the effects of compoud additive on reproductive performance of minks, the 36 female breeder mink and 6 male mink were selected and assigned to control and experiment groups. The control group minks were fed with basic diet for 120 days, while experimental group eat the compoud additive (3 g/d) except with basic diet. The reproductve performance indicators of both two groups were meatured, including male mink sperm activity, conception rates, averagenumber ofpiglets, weaned survival rates and weaned average weight. The results showed that compared with control group of the same age, the number of male mink sperm activity, conception rates, averagenumber of piglets, weaned survival rates and weaned average weight all increased obviously. The results showed that the compoud additives could improve reproductive performance obviously. The increasing rates of above reproductve performance of experiment group were respectively 2.44%,3.93%,13.04%,2.49% and 1.86% compare with control group.
