羊场主要流行疫病调查

Major Epidemic Diseases Investigation at Sheep Farm

摘要: 本试验旨在了解贵州省规模化养羊场、种羊场、散养户的主要疫病流行病学动态,疫苗免疫状态、疫病控制效果等,以期为羊群疫病的防控决策提供科学依据。于2007—2010年对贵州省A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I 9个地(州市)部分规模化羊场、种羊场和散养户进行了羊主要疫病流行病学调查和病原学检测。结果显示,9个地州市羊口蹄疫O型、口蹄疫亚洲Ⅰ型、口蹄疫隐性感染、布鲁氏杆菌病、山羊痘,平均阳性率分别为58.85%、47.83%、10.39%、7.67%、90.00%;同时在发病羊中检出山羊痘、羔羊大肠杆菌病、葡萄球菌病,多种寄生虫混合感染,羊传染性胸膜肺炎等。以上数据表明在部分养殖场中虽加强免疫防控,但抗体效价仍较低,且细菌性疾病混合感染普遍存在,成为羊病防疫中不可忽视的一个环节。

Abstract: For understanding epidemics dynamic,vaccine immune status and disease control effect of the scale goats farm,the breeding goat farm and free-range raising farm. We do major epidemiologically investigate and etiologically detect for epidemic disease in the Zunyi,Liupanshui,Bijie southeast of the Guizhou province from 2007 to 2010. Providing a evidence for the next step of flocks epidemics counter-measures decision-making.The result showed that the average antibody positive rate of FMD typeⅠ,FMD type O,inapparent infection of FMD,Brucella,and GPV was 58.85%, 47.83%, 10.39%, 7.67%, 90.00% in the nine districts;contemporary we detected the GPV,lamb colibacillosis,Staphylococcus aureus disease and mange mite disease etc,above data showed that although strengthen the immune antibody titer prevention and control,but is still low,and mixed infection bacterial disease common see,that become the a link cannot be neglected in goats epidemic prevention.
