单一菌种与复合菌种益生菌制剂对蛋鸡生产效果研究

Research on Produced Results of Layers by Single and Composite Probiotics Preparations

摘要: 为了探讨单一菌种与复合菌种益生菌制剂对蛋鸡生产效果的影响。本研究以鸡源枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌为益生菌株,利用发酵培养制备乳酸杆菌益生菌制剂、枯草芽孢杆菌益生菌制剂和乳酸杆菌—枯草芽孢杆菌复合益生菌制剂;在140日龄罗曼褐商品蛋鸡基础日粮上,按照质量比0.1%比例分别添加不同益生菌制剂,进行蛋鸡生产效果研究。结果表明,益生菌制剂可以显著提高平均蛋重、日产蛋量、产蛋率,降低料蛋比,提高蛋品质。与乳酸杆菌益生菌制剂、枯草芽孢杆菌益生菌制剂相比,乳酸杆菌—枯草芽孢杆菌复合益生菌制剂可以使平均蛋重分别显著提高1.87%、1.91%;平均日产蛋量分别提高了3.34%、2.77%;产蛋率分别提高1.56%、1.00%;料蛋比分别降低1.99%、1.49%; A级蛋比例分别提高9.16%、5.91% ;蛋黄比率分别提高7.71%、4.14%;每只鸡毛利润分别提高10.84%、7.73%;而在降低不合格蛋率、死淘率、平均日耗料量、蛋形指数和提高蛋比重、蛋壳厚度等方面,各益生菌制剂组差异不显著。因此,乳酸杆菌—枯草芽孢杆菌复合益生菌制剂对蛋鸡生产效果优于乳酸杆菌益生菌制剂、枯草芽孢杆菌益生菌制剂。

Abstract: This experiment was research on produced results of layers by single and composite probiotics preparations. Bacillus Subtilis preparations, Lactobacillus preparations and composite preparations were prepared ferment culture by Bacillus Subtilis, Lactobacillus and composite probiotics. Then these preparations were added 0.1% based on basis grain to 140 days of ageRoman brown commercial layers. The results showed that probiotics preparations improved arerage egg weight, day egg production, laying rate and decreased feed/egg ratio. composite probiotics preparations improved average egg weight by 1.87%, 1.91%, day egg production by 3.34%,2.77%, laying rate by 1.56%, 1.00%, A level egg by 9.16%, 5.91%, vitelline rate by 7.71%, 4.14%,each layer gross profit by 10.84%, 7.73%;decreased feed/egg ratio 1.99%, 1.49% respectively,while in the decreased unqualified egg ratio,death rate,average daily feed consumption,egg shape index and increased egg propotion,eggshell thickness,there was no significant difference. This experiment showed that composite probiotics preparations effect was better than single probiotics preparations.
