摘要: 单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polgmorphisms,SNP)作为第3代分子遗传标记,已广泛应用于动物遗传育种、基因定位、克隆和遗传多样性等方面的研究。笔者对SNP的概念、检测方法及在猪育种上的研究进行了详细的阐述,并对SNP的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: As the third generation of genetic maker,single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) has been extensively used in animal genetic and breeding,gene location,clone and research of genetic polymorphism. The concept,detection methods and the application of SNP in breeding research on pigs was elaborated in this paper. Finally,the prospect of application of SNP has been expounded.
