京海黄鸡IGFⅡ基因外显子2多态性分析及其对繁殖性能的影响

摘要: 试验采用PCR-SSCP技术对京海黄鸡的IGFⅡ基因的第2外显子进行SNPs检测和基因型分析,并进一步研究了各基因型对京海黄鸡繁殖性能的影响。结果表明,该外显子的扩增产物在6707 bp处出现1个G→C突变位点,分为AA、BB、AB 3种基因型,基因型频率为AA>AB>BB。经χ2检验,京海黄鸡在该区域处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,3种基因型与开产日龄、300日龄体重、300日龄产蛋数、300日龄平均蛋重及642日龄产蛋数均无显著相关。

Abstract: The SNP sites of IGFⅡ gene in Jinghai yellow chicken was detected by PCR-SSCP method,its genetic effects on reproductive performance were also analyzed. One mutations was identified (G6707C) and three genotypes were at the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P0.05).The least square means analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the three genotypes and body weight of 300-day-old,egg at first age,300-day-egg-number,300-day-egg-weight and 642-day-egg-number.
