瘤胃保护性氨基酸在奶牛生产中的应用研究

摘要: 赖氨酸(Lys)和蛋氨酸(Met)是泌乳奶牛最主要的限制性氨基酸,而传统的饲喂高蛋白质日粮或添加游离蛋氨酸和赖氨酸并不能使其达到理想的生产性能,现在研究的重点转移到瘤胃保护性氨基酸上。作者阐述了瘤胃保护性氨基酸的概念、保护措施、保护效果及其影响因素和应用前景。

Abstract: Lys and Met are most limiting amino acids on lactating dairy cow. However, it is impossible to achieve ideal performance through traditional methods which feeding high protein feedstuffs or free Met and Lys. Now, the focus of research has being transferred to rumen protected amino acid. The author reviewed the definition, measures, effects and influencing factors of rumen protected amino acid, as well its application in the future.
