精液品质相关基因的研究进展

摘要: 公牛精液品质不仅与种公牛的饲养水平有关,而且与公牛本身的遗传基础有关。公牛产弱精或不产精严重影响了养牛业的经济效益。为了解精液品质的遗传机制,发展优质、高效的制种业,作者从精子发生过程入手,着重介绍在精子发生过程中特异的细胞分化活动中发挥至关重要作用的基因或基因家族,包括tsMCAK、Minna53及TLF等,讨论了与精子发生有关的转录因子基因、细胞周期相关基因、原癌基因、细胞凋亡相关基因的研究成果,为从事该领域研究的工作者提供可靠的参考信息,并探讨了今后如何对精液品质遗传基础进行研究。

Abstract: Bull sperm quality is relative on not only breeding level but also genetic base. The bulls which are feeble sperm and no sperm badly affect the economic benefit of the raisers. To know the genetic mechanism of sperm quality and produce high quality sperm, spermatogenesis course was studied through some genes. Some genes and gene families which were involved in differential cell differentiation course were introduced, including tsMCAK, Mina 53 and TLF gene, and so on. Further more, the progress of the transfer factor gene, cell cycle genes, original cancer gene and cell languish gene on spermatogenesis were discussed. This paper aims to offer some referenced information for these workers which engage in this field and discuss to how to study the genetic base of the sperm quality in the future.
