摘要: 大量研究结果表明,肌纤维特性是影响猪肉品质的主要因素。作者就猪肌纤维的分类、生长发育规律、肌纤维候选基因的研究现状作一综述,为进一步研究猪肌纤维组织学性状提供理论参考。

Abstract: Intensive research demonstrate that muscle fibre characteristics are thought to be important factors influencing meat quality.In order to provide preference for the further research,in the following article ,the classification and development of MF,the research of MF candidate gene were summarized.
