微生态制剂对黑龙江籽鹅盲肠菌群变化的影响研究

The Study of Microecological Products on the Caecal Flora of Heilongjiang Zi Geese

摘要: 选用120只黑龙江籽鹅,随机分成3组(对照组和Ⅰ、Ⅱ两个试验组),每组40只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在基础日粮中分别添加1.5、1.0 ml/kg微生态制剂,试验期90 d。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组盲肠中乳酸杆菌的菌群数量均高于对照组(P<0.05),大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌菌群数量均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。平均日耗料量和料肉比试验组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。表明微生态制剂能够调节籽鹅盲肠主要微生态菌群,提高机体免疫能力和生长性能。

Abstract: 120 Heilongjing Zi geese were divided into three groups(control and Ⅰ,Ⅱ groups),every group was forty. The control group was base feed,The group Ⅰand Ⅱ were appended 1.5 ml/kg、1.0 ml/kg microecological products daily for 90 d in base feed. The result indicated: Compared with the control,the number of lactobacillus in the experimentsⅠ,Ⅱ caecum were all more significant(P<0.05), the number of Enterobacillus and Salmonella were all much fewer (P<0.05);The same experimental group had no significiant difference (P>0.05).The experiments daily consuming feed and fresh propotion had significiant difference compared with the control (P<0.05). The experiment showed that the microecological Pruducts had the function of regulating the important flora with impact on caecum, and increased the immune function and growth performance.


