The Factors Affecting Evaluation of Metabolisible Energy for Fats and Oils in Broiler Diets

Abstract: Both fats and oils are essential high-energy feedstuffs in broiler diet, and play an important proportion of the feed cost. Therefore, it is great significant to evaluate ME of the fats or oils accurately. There are many factors affecting ME of fats and oils, and arose great variability. The present review introduced and discussed the factors affecting evaluation of ME for fats and oils in broiler diets.
