Abstract: A method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was applied to determination of mercury content in fresh milk to explore the optimal method for the determination of mercury in milk.In this paper, the limit of detection mercury was 0.06 μg/L,the recovery rates of mercury were 96% to 104%,RSD was 2.5%. So,this method is simple rapid and sensitivity, suitable for determination of mercury in milk.
