Abstract: In order to test the inactivated emulsion vaccine against Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis and avian influenza (H9N2 subtype) safety, 14-day-old leghorn chickens were vaccinated through hypodermic injection in neck. The weight of each chicken was measured every day until 28-day-old. The statistical significance between the vaccinated group and the control was compared by t test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups weight. The inactivated emulsion vaccine against Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis and avian influenza (H9N2 subtype) was safe.
