Abstract: The classical swine fever is a common fulminating infectious disease in the pig-breeding industry. Great changes have emerged in prevalence and pathogenesis characteristics of classical swine fever in recent years. The non-typical or mild classical swine fever broke in many areas and pig farms with indecipherable immunity defeat. Therefore, the effective measures to reduce the loss caused by classical swine fever are to make a final diagnosis for the suspected classical swine fever cases as early as possible. The aim of this paper is to summarize the new progresses of molecular biology diagnosis for classical swine fever, such as RT-PCR,RT-LAMP,and so on.

Key words: classical swine fever; molecular biology diagnosis
