The Review of Aleutian Disease of Mink

Abstract

Abstract: Aleutian disease of mink, caused by Aleutian mink disease parvovirus, is a chronic, infective disease causing serious lost in cultivation of mink. Until now, there is still no vaccine used in preventing ADM successfully, neither a process is effective in curing ADM, the only way is to eliminate through selection by special inspection. In this paper, the characteristic of Aleutian virus, mechanism of mink aleutian disease and how to prevent and cure this disease are reviewed.
