Isolation and Identification of Pathogens from Mastitis Cowand Drug Sensitivity Test

Abstract: From 62 clinical mastitis milk samples of the farmers’ cows in the Xilinhot city surrounding, 36 strains of bacteria, which belong to 5 category were isolated. Bacterial detection rate is 58.06%. The main pathogens include Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, E. coli, Pasteurella multocida. And based on the pathogenesis of mastitis, the sensitivity test was experimented with Chinese purification agents of antibacterial, blood circulation, controlling inflammation, and improving the role of local micro-circulation. The Dandelion & Chrysanthemum indicum compound injection, and ding compound injection, Chrysanthemum indicum & Prunella compound injection, sold in the market has a good effect of antibacterial athermalisation, activation of blood eliminate swelling, hemostasis, painkillers, and so on. It is drugs as first choice to treat clinical mastitis, lower antibiotics milk and milk losses, and ensure the health of consumers. 
