Isolation and Identification of Streptococcus Bovis in Cattle Rumen Gastric Juice

Abstract: n cattle rumen,the number of Streptococcus bovis and the type of fermentation have a direct effect on ruminal normal physiological activity.In the mean time, lactic acid which is produced by Streptococcus bovis’s fermentation and all kinds of enzymes which exist in Streptococcus bovis have important values in practical industrial production. In this test, author isolated strain from ruminal fluids,and used the microcrystalline biochemical event reactons and the 16S rRNA gene technology to identify the biochemistry and inherited characteristic of the isolated strain respectively, binding to the viewing result of gram staining and morphology, author assessment the isolated strain was Streptococcus bovis, providing the theory and experiment foundation for study and research the streptococcus bovis preferably.
